(“JETBEE”), we work to protect the privacy of our members who use our website and mobile applications in order to ensure that our users benefit from our services securely and completely. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared to ensure that the personal data of our members is processed in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and to inform our users in this context. The jetbee.com.tr cookie policy is an integral part of this Policy.
The purpose of this Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of personal data shared with JETBEE by Platform members/visitors/users (collectively referred to as the “Data Subject”) or generated by JETBEE during the Data Subject’s use of the Platform during the operation of the www.jetbee.com.tr website and mobile application (all collectively referred to as the “Platform”) operated by JETBEE.
Which Data is Processed?
The data processed by JETBEE and considered personal data under the Law are listed below. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term “personal data” within the scope of the terms and conditions presented under this Policy shall cover the following information:

- User Transaction Information
- Transaction Security Information

Pursuant to Articles 3 and 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data irreversibly anonymized shall not be deemed personal data in accordance with the provisions of said law, and processing activities regarding such data shall be carried out without being bound by the provisions of this Policy.
Use of Location Data
JETBEE accesses user location data in order to manage delivery tasks accurately. Location data is used for creating delivery routes, verifying mission/task points, updating the driver’s location during an active task, and providing real-time navigation.
Location data is strictly not used for advertising, analysis, marketing, or third-party tracking purposes.
Background Location Access
In order to track the delivery process seamlessly, the application may require background location updates during an active task. This access is used solely for operational purposes and is necessary for the driver to complete the task workflow.
Access to Photos and Videos
JETBEE may access photos and videos selected by the user as proof of delivery. The application does not scan, collect, analyze, or process other media files on the device. Media access is strictly limited to user-initiated uploads.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
JETBEE may process personal data provided by the Data Subject for the purposes of creating membership registration and account and keeping records thereof; enabling the Data Subject to benefit from the services provided through the Platform; identifying system errors, monitoring performance, and improving the operation of the Platform; providing maintenance, support, and backup services; having the relevant business units carry out the necessary work and conducting related business processes to enable relevant persons to benefit from products and services offered by JETBEE; planning and executing activities necessary for customizing and recommending/promoting these products and services to relevant persons according to their likes, usage habits, and needs; having relevant business units carry out necessary work and conducting related business processes for executing commercial activities carried out by JETBEE; ensuring legal, technical, and commercial/business security of JETBEE and persons in business relations with it; and planning and executing commercial and/or business strategies of JETBEE.
Personal Data to be Processed in Accordance with Explicit Consent of Data Subjects and Purposes of Processing
Within the scope of the Data Subject’s explicit consent, JETBEE may process data and share this data with the parties mentioned below for the purposes of tracking Data Subjects’ movements on the Platform to enhance user experience, generating statistics, profiling, direct marketing and remarketing, creating and delivering customized promotional offers to the Data Subject, and using data obtained in this context in all kinds of advertising and material content.
Transfer of Personal Data
JETBEE may transfer the personal data belonging to the Data Subject and new data obtained by using these personal data to third parties whose services JETBEE utilizes, limited strictly to the provision of such services, in order to achieve the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. JETBEE may share data with third parties such as outsourced service providers, including SMS delivery providers, hosting service providers, law firms, research companies, and call centers, in order to improve Data Subject experience (including enhancement and personalization), ensure Data Subject security, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, conduct operational evaluations/investigations, rectify Platform service errors, and realize any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be shared with JETCONNECT PERAKENDE LOJİSTİK A.Ş. and Group Companies officials, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private institutions within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and may be transferred abroad limited to these purposes within the framework of the procedures and principles indicated in Article 9 of the Law and Personal Data Protection Board decisions.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is collected via the Platform and electronically. Personal data collected for the legal grounds stated above may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and in this Privacy Policy.
The JETBEE application does not share, sell, or use location, photo, video, or other user data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may only be shared in a limited manner with technical providers necessary for the provision of the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
Photos and videos uploaded as proof of delivery are deleted from the system after the task is completed. Users may request the deletion of all their personal data.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data concerning them is processed, and request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose; know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if incomplete or inaccurately processed, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that reasons requiring processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the Law and provisions of other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the exercise of said rights may be submitted by personal data subjects through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by JETBEE under Law No. 6698, available at www.jetbee.com.tr. JETBEE will conclude said requests within thirty days. JETBEE reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee tariff (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board regarding requests.
Consent and Changes to the Privacy Policy
Through the Privacy Policy (“Policy”), JETBEE aims to provide its users with detailed explanations regarding the scope and purposes of Cookie usage and to inform users regarding Cookie preferences. In this regard, if the Cookie notification warning on the Platform is dismissed/closed and the Site continues to be used, it is deemed that consent has been granted for Cookie usage. The opportunity for users to change their Cookie preferences is reserved at all times.
Enforcement and Validity
JETBEE may modify the provisions of the Policy at any time. The updated Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the Platform.
